Day 1

Understanding Cyber Threats That Target Women

Cyberstalking, impersonation, trolling, doxxing, and online harassment, what they look like, how they start, and how to spot them early, with real examples from India.

Day 2

Social Media Privacy and Digital Boundaries

Practical guidance on Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook privacy settings managing what you share, and when and how to block, restrict, or report someone.

Day 3

Securing Your Devices, Accounts, and Data

Setting up two-factor authentication, spotting dangerous links, and keeping your phone, apps, and personal data protected from theft and intrusion.

Day 4

Cyber Law, Your Rights, and How to Complain

The sections of the IT Act that protect you, how to file a cybercrime complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, and how to use SHe-Box. Your rights exist this session makes sure you know them.

Day 5

Stopping Financial Fraud: OTP, UPI, and Phishing

Live demonstrations of OTP fraud and UPI scams, how to recognise phishing messages, and an introduction to Sanchar Saathi the government portal for blocking misused mobile numbers.

Day 6

Digital Takedown Tools and Cyber Self Defence

Using StopNCII for non-consensual image abuse, building your own incident response plan, and taking home a cyber hygiene checklist. Plus your Certificate of Completion.
